• Well established FMCG /F&B manufacturing company (Bumiputera firm / Halal productions)
• Work location Warehouse Depot located at Bukit Minyak, Penang
• Basic Salary RM2000 – RM3500 (Negotiable depends working experience)
• 5 Working Days / Week
Job Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify customer needs and competitive landscapes.
• Campaign Management: Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
• Reporting: Generate performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness for senior management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on industry opportunities
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience as in marketing related field
• Open for Fresh graduate
• Relevant experience in the Manufacturing or FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in market planning and research methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset with leadership capability.
• Must be willing to work at Bukit Minyak, Penang.
• Possess own transport
• 1 full time job available
