The Marketing Executive will support and execute both online and offline marketing strategies for the company. This role is responsible for managing and delivering marketing activities, including advertising, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and website content management. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, data-driven, and experienced in leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing performance and efficiency.
Role Description
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Manage advertising mediums and campaign executions across digital and traditional platforms
- Ensure accuracy of content/copy for all marketing materials prior to execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs
Digital Content & Social Media
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage social media contests, giveaways, and audience engagement initiatives
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to social media interactions to build strong community relationships
- Assist in executing social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement
Creative Design & Content Production
- Produce creative assets across channels: social media visuals, digital banners, email designs, videos, print, and OOH materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms
- Perform research to source relevant content, visuals, and trends
AI-Powered Marketing Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar) to generate content, captions, ideas, and marketing copy
- Use AI analytics and automation tools to optimize campaigns, targeting, and engagement
- Leverage AI for audience segmentation, personalization, and email marketing improvements
- Apply AI-assisted design tools to enhance productivity and creative output
- Monitor marketing performance using AI-driven insights and recommend data-backed improvements
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends in digital marketing and propose innovative use cases
Website & Email Marketing
- Maintain and update website content
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including design, content, and performance tracking
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related field
- Familiarity with key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure content accuracy
- Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with AI tools for marketing, content creation, or automation
- Basic understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools
