Role Description

To execute daily marketing and commerce operations for Creaitors partner brands, ensuring content, creator, affiliate, live and shop activities run smoothly and consistently to support GMV growth across Traction, Momentum and Velocity phases.

This role focuses on doing and coordinating, and strategy.

Qualifications

  • 1 To 3 years in digital marketing, e-commerce or agency operations.
  • Experience with TikTok, Shopee or social media workflows is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Market Research and data analysis for informed decision-making
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
  • Experience in Sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques
  • Knowledge of Marketing trends and best practices in digital and traditional channels
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in a creative or digital marketing agency, is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

1) Content Operations Support

  • Coordinate daily content tasks with Content Lead
  • Track scripts, shoots, edits and approvals

  • Ensure Content Meets:
  1. Brand Guideline
  2. Format Requirements
  3. Posting Timelines.
  • Manage Content Calendar and upload schedules

2) Creator and Affiliate Execution

  • Assist onboarding of creators and affiliates:
  1. collect details
  2. manage WhatsApp groups
  3. share briefs and scripts.

  • Follow up on posting deadlines and outputs.
  • Track:
  1. who posted
  2. links used
  3. content received.
  • Compile usable UGC assets for Content Lead.

3) Product Seeding and Coordination

  • Prepare creator and affiliate seeding lists
  • Track shipment status and confirmations
  • Follow up on content after product received
  • Maintain seeding tracker with Creator Manager

4) Live Commerce Support

  • Assist Live Lead in :
  1. Live Schedule Planning
  2. Host Coordination
  3. Script Preparation
  4. Product List Setup

  • Help monitor live sessions:
  1. Timing
  2. Issues
  3. Basic Reporting

5) TikTok Shop and Shopee Operations

  • Support shop setup and maintenance
  1. SKU Uploads
  2. Descriptions localization
  3. Bundles and Vouchers

  • Update prices and promo mechanics as instructed
  • Monitor basic order flow and flag issues

6) Campaign Execution

  • Execute Campaign mechanics such as:
  1. Creator Challenges
  2. Affiliate pushes
  3. Seasonal Promo
  4. Bundle Campaign
  • Ensure all actions follow the weekly plan set by PM

7) Reporting and Tracking

  • Update daily tracker for :
  1. Content Output
  2. Creator and Affiliate Activity
  3. Live Hours
  4. Basics GMV Numbers

  • Assist in preparing weekly reports :
  1. Screenshots
  2. Summaries
  3. Data Compilation
