Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in developing and executing the company's brand and marketing strategies.
  • Support campaign planning aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives contribute to awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

2. Market Intelligence & Insights


  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

3. Campaign & Content Coordination


  • Support development of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and presentations.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to Sales teams.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis


  • Prepare marketing activity reports and performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Track lead generation outcomes and engagement levels.

5. Sales Enablement Support


  • Maintain and organize sales support materials and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align marketing initiatives with pipeline growth.

6. Events & Engagement


  • Plan and coordinate: Events, Conferences, Webinars, Workshops, Marketing meetings etc
  • Manage logistics, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up activities.

7. Marketing Operations


  • Support maintenance and development of internal marketing tools and resources.
  • Assist in optimizing processes for campaign execution and reporting.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field with minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Experience with GTM events and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
  • Track record of managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, etc.) and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
