Marketing Executive (Fresh Graduate & Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Marketing Executive to join Suntar's Marketing team. This role will support both digital and general marketing activities, with responsibilities ranging from handling incoming enquiries and coordinating marketing materials and campaigns to assisting with digital marketing updates across Suntar's platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Senior Digital Marketing Executive, internal business teams, and external partners to ensure that marketing activities and communications are executed efficiently, consistently, and in line with Suntar's brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support content creation and the coordination of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and initiatives.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, including company profiles, brochures, presentations, product information, and other promotional content.
• Support the day-to-day management of Suntar's digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and the company website.
• Liaise with leadership to coordinate content releases and translate or adapt thought leadership articles and posts for publication across social media and editorial platforms.
• Support website content management, including uploading articles, updating landing pages, and ensuring all digital content remains current, accurate, and on-brand.
• Monitor platform engagement and respond to comments and messages appropriately, escalating matters that require direct leadership attention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Must be proficient in Chinese, with a good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to work at Oasis Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
