Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team. If you have around 3-5 years of experience, love working inside Meta Ads Manager, and enjoy keeping marketing operations organized, this role is for you. You will help coordinate campaigns, manage ad platforms, and support cost tracking—all while learning to master the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meta Ads Management

- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

- Refresh ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting on a regular basis.

- Track campaign performance (clicks, reach, impressions) and suggest improvements.

2. Marketing Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, content) to ensure campaigns launch on time.

- Maintain the marketing calendar and asset delivery schedules.

- Liaise with external vendors or partners for basic operational needs (e.g., printing, events, or content shoots).

3. Marketing Cost & Budget Tracking (No direct revenue handling)

- Help track marketing spend against allocated budgets using simple spreadsheets.

- Assist in processing marketing invoices and purchase orders.

- Flag any overspending or discrepancies to the Marketing Manager.

4. Singapore Market Understanding

- Ensure campaigns are relevant for local Singapore audiences (understanding of local holidays, slang, and cultural nuances).

- Conduct basic competitor checks on other local brands.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: Around 3-5 years in a marketing role, with hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager.

- Skills: Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets for basic tracking; organized and detail-oriented.

- Mindset: Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable with routine operational tasks.

- Local knowledge: Understands the Singapore market (e.g., knows what local audiences respond to).

Good to Have (Optional):

- Experience with Google Analytics or TikTok Ads.

- Ability to speak basic Mandarin to coordinate with local vendors.
