Job Description

Job Scope & Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, posters, and digital content.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and adapting visual assets for marketing campaigns using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro).
  • Assist in coordinating marketing events by handling logistics such as venue arrangements, vendor communication, and promotional giveaways.
  • Manage and update marketing databases, contact lists, and marketing reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support digital marketing activities, including social media posting, basic content scheduling, and campaign tracking.
  • Assist in collecting and compiling market research, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support marketing initiatives and decision-making.
  • Perform other marketingrelated administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Ability to use design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
