Support the preparation and development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, posters, and digital content.
Assist in creating, editing, and adapting visual assets for marketing campaigns using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro).
Assist in coordinating marketing events by handling logistics such as venue arrangements, vendor communication, and promotional giveaways.
Manage and update marketing databases, contact lists, and marketing reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support digital marketing activities, including social media posting, basic content scheduling, and campaign tracking.
Assist in collecting and compiling market research, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support marketing initiatives and decision-making.
Perform other marketingrelated administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Requirements
Graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Ability to use design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
