Role: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Seri Kembangan (Hybrid)

We’re on the hunt for a creative, self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you're obsessed with TikTok trends, know how to spot a viral moment before it happens, and can turn scroll-stopping content into real sales — you might just be the one.

You’ll be part of the squad that drives revenue, builds brand love, and creates campaigns that cut through the noise. From brainstorming content ideas to executing KOL collabs, you’ll do it all — and you’ll love every second.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute marketing + sales campaigns that actually convert
• Create & manage content ideas across IG, TikTok, and other platforms
• Engage and collaborate with KOLs, influencers & brand ambassadors
• Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis (yes, stalking counts)
• Support sales activities online & offline — from retail to pop-ups
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, ops, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong grasp of social media trends and digital-first marketing
• Solid skills in market research, planning & execution
• Able to write & communicate clearly and confidently
• Proactive, organized, and can handle multiple things at once (hello multitasker!)
• Comfortable in both independent and collaborative work modes
• Passion for any of these worlds: beauty, fashion, wellness, or food
• Bonus: Experience in content creation or campaign planning
• Bachelor’s in Marketing / Business / Communications is great — but attitude > paper
