The Executive, Marketing will be responsible on the daily marketing operation jobs. The post holder is responsible for providing a good customer service and support under marketing department
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing activities, including online and face to face events.
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service including email, phone call and face to face communications.
Maintain and update customer database to ensure accuracy of information.
To ensure all the Major Universities brochure informations are up to date.
Coordinate internal company resources to support the effective execution of marketing activities
Participate in organizing the companys exhibitions, visits and other public activities and handle on site reception work.
Responsible for the publicity and branding of the companys public account and other social media platforms (including collecting materials, designing materials and replying to enquiries)
To coordinate the relationship between the universities and students.
Responsible to arrange and attend student interview
To work closely with the Head of Marketing to handle other work affairs
Assist in ad-hoc duties, project and activities as and when required.
Job Requirements
Compulsory to speak in English and write, read and speak Mandarin
Prefer Bachelors Degree in any field or Diploma with two years working experience with similar background will be consider.
Familiar with China and Malaysia education regulations and systems.
One year of experience in marketing and preferably a working experience in international student recruitment agency
Excellent coordination and communication skills and able to handle various front desk tasks.
Good organizational and planning skills, able to work under tight schedules efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Experience with marketing tools and social media platforms
