Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with brand vision and business objectives
- Assist in preparing and implementing marketing calendars and plans for product launches, retail activations, and digital campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of spend across campaigns
Campaign & Content Execution
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including visuals, digital assets, in-store displays, and press materials
- Work closely with creative and digital teams to produce engaging campaign content across social media, online platforms, and point-of-sale
- Manage and execute promotional events, influencer collaborations, and brand activations to drive awareness and conversion
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future activities
Brand & Partner Collaboration
- Liaise with retail partners, media agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign delivery
- Assist in presenting marketing plans and proposals to brand principals and partners
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and vendors to support seamless execution
Market Insights & Reporting
- Gather and analyze consumer insights and campaign data to support brand decision-making
- Prepare monthly marketing reports summarizing key initiatives, performance results, and learnings
- Stay up to date with beauty trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations to ensure brand relevance and competitiveness
Requirements
- Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in distribution / brand management experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods / FMCG / Beauty industry in product management and / or product marketing experience
- Candidate with prior experience managing skincare/fragrance brand an added advantage
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and marketing strategies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience analysing and reporting on marketing activities, in particular analysing ROI from campaigns and lead nurturing
- Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
- Are positive and professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced, growing business
- Have experience with MS Excel required, familiarity with CSV files
