Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across online and offline channels to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and boost engagement
- Oversee and optimise digital marketing efforts, including managing ad budgets, monitoring ad performance, and optimising campaigns to achieve targeted outcomes
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies using data-driven insights
- Develop creative briefs, copywriting (for social media posts, ads, and emails), and the monthly content calendar
- Drive content creation by working with the marketing team to produce engaging, on-brand content for ads, social platforms, and offline marketing materials
- Lead partnerships and collaboration initiatives (i.e., KOLs, UGC creators, and brands) to support acquisition and awareness goals
- Provide operational support for Instant Cash Out events and other offline activations by coordinating logistics, managing on-ground activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Support cross-functional teams and contribute to broader business initiatives
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, e-commerce or consumer-facing brands
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written. Mandarin is a plus!
- Experience with content strategy, copywriting, and creative development
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Hands-on, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Comfortable being on camera for content creation and social media
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle tasks as business needs evolve
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance efficiency in copywriting, content ideation, and research.
- Understanding of AI-driven optimization features within platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads to maximize campaign results. Experience managing ad budgets and analysing performance metrics

Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days office / 2 days home
Working Hour - 10am - 6pm | Monday to Friday
