As the key market for growth, we are looking for Marketing Executive/Manager, to join our Team to support our clients in Malaysia. This role is designed for candidates who specialize in either brand management or channel development, but are also willing and able to support the other area as part of a well-rounded marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management
Drive the development of PCR (Passenger Car Radial) brand image stores.
Oversee store construction, dealer empowerment, and training programs to strengthen channel performance and brand presence.
Brand Management
Brand marketing activities:Plan/execute brand campaigns including new product launches, premium roadshows, exhibitions, and track experience events to enhance brand influence.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels (social media, automotive forums) and develop content strategies to drive online engagement and lead generation.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends to provide insights for pricing, product, and channel strategy.
Proficiency in design tools or graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of marketing experience.
Expertise in either brand campaign planning or channel/channel partner development, with the ability to contribute to the other area.
Willingness to learn and adapt across both brand and channel functions.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Chinese is a strong plus.
Able to travel nationwide (Malaysia) and overseas as needed.
