Create and publish engaging video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, and other platforms to showcase services, transformations, testimonials, and promotions.
Manage social media accounts by monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages, and building an active online community.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends (especially short-form video platforms) to maximize reach and relevance.
Conduct competitor analysis and recommend innovative content and marketing strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as views, engagement, and conversion rates.
Prepare monthly reports on social media growth, campaign effectiveness, and marketing outcomes.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital content while enhancing the company's image through storytelling and customer-focused campaigns.
Support additional marketing projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and performance tracking (KPIs, insights tools).
Creative mindset with good communication and storytelling skills.
Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin (to manage Mandarin-speaking audiences and platforms such as XHS).
