Job Brief:
Are you passionate about the fascinating F&B scene in KL Join the La Juiceria Super Group and get the opportunity to experience building marketing campaigns for brands with different backgrounds: La Juiceria Superfoods, Super Saigon and Hawker Hall.
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.
As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills related but not limited to administrative tasks, social media marketing, campaign management, event management, and public relations. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Remote/In-Office Policy: Mixture of remote and on-site work (require travel to F&B outlets under La Juiceria Group / event sites)
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media:
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
- Create engaging text, image and video content.
- Design posts to sustain readers curiosity and create buzz around new products.
- Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering social media platforms traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Oversee social media accounts layout.
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and contest on social media.
Event and PR assistance:
- Managing and executive projects from the launch event / promotional events as assigned by Marketing Manager.
- Assist to oversee / coordinate the operation during the event (handling RSVP, registration counter).
- KOLs and media engagement for events / marketing campaigns / new product launch.
UGC Content Management:
- Identify, scout, and onboard relevant micro-influencers and content creators to produce authentic UGC aligned with brand objectives.
- Build and manage a database/pool of KOLs and UGC creators, maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
- Develop clear content brief and campaign guidelines for UGC creators across online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate UGC creation timelines, deliverables and usage rights to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
- Review, quality-check and provide feedback on UGC videos and content to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to integrate UGC into broader campaign executions.
- Track, measure and analyses UGC content performance (e.g. reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Prepare post-campaign reports and insights to optimize future UGC strategies and creator collaborations.
- Stay updated on UGC trends, social media formats, and emerging creator platforms to continuously improve content impact.
Required Experience/Skills
- Social Media platform savvy
- Editing visuals use external apps for Instagram reels and tiktok.
- Simple photo editing using external apps to enhance pictures for Instagram / Facebook stories and posts.
- Experience in handling launch / promotional events.
- Experience interacting with customers via social media platforms (enquiries & feedback).
- Experience with a specific tool or software.
- Prior experience in social media and F&B industries.
- Attention to details.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Strong communicator and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Independent and disciplined and problem solving.
