Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to evaluate trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote laboratory equipment, testing, and engineering services.
• Create engaging digital content (videos, posters, catalogues, product intros, event materials) using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, etc.
• Manage company website, SEO, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, seminars, conferences, and industry trade shows.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Support sales through telemarketing (8–10 calls daily), customer database updates, and weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Assist with tender bids, collating information, and ensuring timely submissions.
• Handle ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a relevant marketing role.
• Well experienced in basic filming and photography for company videos, product introductions, and promotional content.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
• Solid knowledge of SEO practices and website creation/management.
• Strong creative ability with excellent marketing ideas, design experience, and computer literacy in the marketing field.
• Deep understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal and intrapersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines responsibly.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidates must submit a portfolio of past works/projects as part of their application.
