Job Description

POSITION:MARKETING EXECUTIVE

REPORTS TO:DIRECTOR (SALES)(SINGAPORE HQ)

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

a)Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitors activities related to products and laboratory services.

b)Manage and update the company website, including SEO, content updates, and improvements. Plan and support the enhancement or overhaul of the website to improve user experience and marketing effectiveness.

c)Manage the company's digital marketing channels, including website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

d)Create marketing materials such as videos, posters, catalogues, brochures, and promotional content using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent.

e)Develop and implement marketing campaigns and ideas to promote the company's products and services, including initiatives to support B2B business expansion.

f)Support the sales team in generating marketing leads and promoting products and services to potential customers.

g)Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, webinars, seminars, and trade shows.

h)Maintain and ensure consistency of the company's branding and marketing materials.

i)Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management.

j)Conduct 810 telemarketing calls daily to introduce company products and services to potential customers and submit weekly reports.

k)Work closely with the sales team to track sales activities and prepare weekly updates and reports for management.

l)Lead and coordinate vendor and customer business registration processes to support sales and laboratory activities.

m)Maintain and update customer, product, and service databases.

n)Assist in tender submissions by preparing and compiling required information.

o)Perform any other duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a)Possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field.

b)Preferably minimum 35 years of working experience in a related marketing field.

c)Strong expertise in website management, including site structure, content management, and SEO, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement website enhancement or redevelopment initiatives.

d)Extensive hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, company website, and other relevant channels), with a track record of driving engagement, leads, and B2B growth.

e)Proven ability to conceptualize, design, and execute highly innovative marketing strategies that drive measurable B2B business growth, accelerate sales lead generation, and significantly expand market presence. Must demonstrate a track record of creative thinking, data-driven campaign execution, and tangible impact on revenue growth.

f)Experience in marketing campaign planning, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

g)Advanced proficiency in graphic design for marketing materials such as posters, brochures, catalogues, and digital content, with strong hands-on experience using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent professional design tools

h)Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

i)Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

j)Candidates are encouraged to submit a portfolio of past marketing or design work.
