Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is passionate about data-driven marketing and digital growth.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and Meta Ads, to drive qualified leads and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance including CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance
- Work closely withthe team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze campaign data and generate insights for continuous optimization
- Support lead generation campaigns aligned with business goals
- Keep up with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Good understanding of lead generation and digital marketing funnels
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge in content creation, ad copywriting, or creative strategy for digital campaigns will be an added advantage
- Experience with other advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid media platforms will be a plus
- Experience in B2B marketing or the technology industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
