Responsible for campaign coordination and executions, performance tracking and meeting brands objectives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Client Liaison and Communications
- Manage client expectations by providing timely updates, feedback recaps and aligning deliverables to strategic objectives.
- Campaign Management
- Assist in implementing 360 marketing campaigns (digital, print, collaborations, events)
- Coordinates copywriting, production and distribution of marketing collaterals (menus, posters, social ads) that effectively aligns with campaign goals
- Campaign Coordination Owns day-to-day campaign operations, including timelines, approvals, and posting.
- Marketing Communication Communicates clearly across internal and client-facing touchpoints.
- Ensure timely execution of promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Digital and Social Media Management
- Create and schedule engaging content (IG/FB posts, Reels, Stories) aligned with brand voice
- Monitors social channels and digital platforms, respond to comments/messages in timely manner, and proposes social media advertisement
- Proposing and managing content calendar for brands for effective posting schedules
- KOL & Influencer Management
- Identify and onboard relevant KOLs/influencers for brand collaborations
- Manage contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking for influencer campaigns
- Organize KOL tastings/events and ensure content meets brand standards
- Reporting & Analytics
- Reporting & Performance Review Supports post-campaign analysis and improvement suggestions
- Compile weekly/monthly marketing reports with actionable insights
- Maintain records of marketing expenses and ROI
- On-Ground Activation Support
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions/events
- Coordinate with vendors and outlets for POSM deployment
- Capture event content (photos/videos) for social media amplification
Pay range and compensation package
RM 4,000 to RM 5,000
