Role Description
As a Marketing Executive at Recove Group Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in expanding the company's reach and driving its marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, creating and implementing marketing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate value propositions and strengthen relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandar Baru Bangi.
Full Job Description
- Manage all administration of all cross marketing divisions
- Manage overall social media channels (IG, Tiktok and Twitter), especially responding to comments in real time.
- Scheduling Content. Responsible for scheduling when content will appear on social media. Admins must do research, at what time the social media accounts they manage get good impressions and engagement
- Explore all social media and create comment engagement on other KOLs or other brands
- Help collect all the data needed for daily news on social media, Kompas (market share), etc
- Competitive overview in terms of pricing and communication
- Coordinate for stock availability for social media giveaways
- Research social media content that is trending on TikTok, Twitter and IG and its references
- Track data for specific content (giveaways, contests, etc.)
- Content approval, creative direction and assisting social media strategists to manage content development day by day until it is ready 3 days before upload
- Manage timeline project social media
- Manage all requests within the brand
- Handle all operations within the marketing division (stock checks, winner selection, brand partner data, etc.)
- Compilation of competitive reviews of brands
Qualification
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience in areas related to Social Media or Personal Instagram/Tiktok is preferred
- Prior experience in a technology-driven company or a similar field is an advantage
- Ability to manage time and schedule effectively according to deadlines
- Experience/familiarity in handling Social Media platforms is a plus.
- Preferably those with experience/familiarity/interest in the Health Industry.
- Creative and thinking out of the box.
- Up to date with design trends, in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms
- High attention to detail and aesthetics capable of working in a variety of mediums
- Great teamwork, quick learner, and able to work within a tight schedule
