Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including preparation of briefs and coordination with creative team
  • Coordinate product/service launches and ensure readiness across all platforms
  • Monitor and report campaign performance (sales, leads, engagement) on a weekly basis
  • Ensure marketing activities are executed according to approved timeline (marketing calendar)
  • Manage POSM distribution and ensure all branches are equipped with updated materials
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for campaign execution
  • Manage pricing updates and ensure accuracy across digital and physical marketing materials
  • Support content development including captions, campaign messaging, and announcements
  • Assist in preparing proposals, company profiles, and marketing materials
  • Handle administrative tasks including reports, quotations, and documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1–3 years experience in marketing/admin/coordination role is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of marketing coordination and campaign execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting, data handling)
  • Willingness to learn internal systems (CRM, CMS, SQL – added advantage)

Additional Advantages

  • Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
