As a part of our marketing team, you will spearhead the end-to-end marketing strategy from planning to execution across all platforms and consumer touchpoints. You will craft impactful marketing campaigns, develop strong omnichannel product marketing strategies, and elevate CRM performance to boost customer recruitment and retention.
The Work that Shapes Our Brand:
Brand & Marketing Management
- Define, develop, and implement compelling 360 marketing plans to achieve sell-out and gain market share goals.
- Plan, localize and execute marketing activations n line with the agreed marketing calendar, ensuring brand messages and communications are aligned with the Brand Manager and SAPAC Marketing Team.
- Strategize CRM programs to enhance customer journey touchpoints, driving new customer acquisition and retention targets.
- Increase brand salience and visibility through external partnerships, outpost planning and activations.
Product Management
- Develop an omnichannel product marketing strategy with a strong focus on hero products.
- Strategize a differentiated product portfolio (merchandizing and assortment) by channel and by door to support key launches, brand campaigns and promotional plans.
- Lead forecasting and product analytics to drive KPIs and support forecast accuracy.
- Plan product forecast and stock allocation, particularly for new launches across all channels.
- Develop product strategies aligned with channel strategy to achieve consumer acquisition and retention objectives, and commercial targets.
- Manage product listings with retailers, including e-commerce channels, to ensure timely availability on shelves.
- Analyze competitive trends (product category mapping, pricing) and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
A&P Budget Management
- Responsible for A&P budget planning in alignment with brand budget.
- Manage and deliver budget on monthly basis.
- Identify cost-efficiency opportunities by partnering with new vendors, utilizing innovative materials, and adopting new ways of working.
- Work with the Marketing Controller and Purchasing to actualized costs within SOP deadlines.
Who We're Looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, Management, or related fields (open to various degree backgrounds).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, agency, B2C, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong understanding of offline, online, and omnichannel marketing concepts, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.
- Excellent communication and visual presentation skills; able to engage effectively with colleagues, media, field staff, and consumers across both online and offline platforms.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who is confident, proactive, and results-oriented.
