Role Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Marketing Executive to grow the Truly Gourmet brand locally and internationally.
You will manage day-to-day marketing activities, including social media content, KOL coordination, campaign planning, and distributor marketing support.
This role suits someone who is resourceful, fast-learning, and excited to build a fast-growing snack brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, , etc).
- Produce short-form videos and basic edits for product highlights, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content.
- Write captions, product stories, and trending copy.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.
2. Branding & Creative Execution
- Assist in designing simple marketing materials using Canva (posters, social media graphics, packshots).
- Coordinate with external designers, photographers, and videographers when needed.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
3. Influencer & KOL Coordination
- Identify suitable creators and manage collaborations.
- Prepare KOL briefs, product shipments, and campaign tracking.
- Evaluate the performance of KOL posts and optimize for future campaigns.
4. Campaigns & Promotions
- Execute marketing campaigns for festive seasons, promotions, and new product launches.
- Support Shopee/Lazada promotional activities with banners and product visuals.
- Assist in planning sampling activities and roadshows when needed.
5. Distributor & Export Support
- Prepare marketing decks, product information sheets, and visuals for distributors.
- Provide localized visuals (EN/Malay/Mandarin) for partners in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Korea, etc.
- Update brand assets and ensure alignment with export customers.
6. Digital Advertising (Basic)
- Assist in boosting posts and simple ad setups.
- Work with external agencies for more advanced ads (retargeting, conversion campaigns).
7. Market Research & Reporting
- Track competitor trends, pricing, and new product launches.
- Monitor brand performance across platforms.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and improvement plans.
