The position is responsible for Emerging Region, School and Community Engagement, Course/E-Counselling and Leads Management for marketing the University and its products and services for local markets.
Responsibilities
- To work closely with the Manager to achieve the set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the unit;
- To work closely with the team members to achieve student recruitment targets, in line with the units broad objectives and growth projection of the university.
- Responsible for the leadership, management and development of this unit, to develop and implement strategies and tactics which build awareness and preference for UCSI University in domestic and/or global markets to increase enrolment into the University;
- Will lead and manage school and community events, internal and external stakeholders, in-house events, student services and etc.;
- Execution of marketing activities in collaboration with academics.
- To lead the leads management system to achieve maximum results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
- A good command of written and spoken in Mandarin & English.
- Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as and when required to meet student recruitment targets and demonstrated ability to response quickly to students and agents enquiries at all time.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
- Marketing experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport.
