Job Description

VLAN Asia is a trusted technology partner specializing in consulting, system integration, and managed IT services. We help businesses scale through cloud-based solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Xero, Synology, and Zendesk. Our expertise spans Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Remote Office Backup, and Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS).

We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to lead marketing projects that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. You'll execute campaigns, create content, and support digital and offline initiatives that reflect industry trends and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Job brief

  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about the art of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services, and public image.
  • The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute digital and physical marketing campaigns, including social. media content (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram), webinars, and promotional events.
  • Develop and manage content assets for various platforms, including social media, blog articles, landing pages, video skits, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness,s and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Tracked and analyzed campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager, and optimized based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in IT/SaaS.

Proficient in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM and automation tools.

Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

Experience creating content for digital campaigns, especially short-form videos.

Familiar with Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent tools for creating marketing visuals.

Good understanding of market research techniques and strategic planning.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
