Job Description

Position summary:

The Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role coordinates marketing campaigns and product launches, manages digital marketing performance, develops content and SEO strategies, and oversees social media and community engagement. The Marketing Executive also contributes to lead nurturing and retention efforts through targeted campaigns, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure marketing objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.

Job Descriptions :

I) Marketing strategy, planning and coordination:

  • Coordinate marketing, promotional projects and new product launches with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure marketing timelines, deliverables and budgets are effectively managed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing plans and growth strategies.
  • Promote and ensure clear understanding of marketing plans across the organization.

II) Digital marketing, performance and optimization:

  • Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media, website, email and display advertising.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize results.
  • Improve digital presence by enhancing website ranking, conversion funnels, user experience (UX) and lead generation.

III) Content, SEO & brand management:

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality on-brand content.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across digital platforms.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer insights to maintain content relevance.

IV) Community, social media & engagement:

  • Manage social media platforms and communications.
  • Moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines.
  • Act as a brand ambassador through partnerships and events.

V) Lead nurturing, CRM & retention:

  • Develop and manage targeted email automation and drip campaigns to nurture leads and improve retention.

VI) Support company community initiatives such as business networking events.

VII) Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior and management.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate to possess a Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience is preferred for this position.
  • Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve.
  • Must have good communication skills and strong command in spoken and written English language.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in Community Building or Leadership Roles in Extracurricular Activities / Associations.
  • Experience in creating/managing social media accounts.
  • Overseas work experience or experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
