Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

Market and brand analytics (learn and support):

• Prepare market data using templates; create simple charts and summaries.

Marketing execution (coordination tasks):

• Help plan and track campaign activities and timelines.
• Draft simple materials from approved content; support event logistics and post-event feedback.
• Coordinate with external vendors for material creation, ensuring use of approved content and routing for internal review before release.

Compliance and governance (process adherence):

• Route materials for approval per SOPs and keep audit-ready records.

Sales analytics (report preparation):

• Update standard sales dashboards and build routine review slides.

Internal enablement (team support):

• Schedule and prepare materials for training and capability sessions.
• Maintain playbooks/repositories; capture notes and follow up on action items.

Essential Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Biomedicine
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Well-organised, a strong team player, able to handle multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably able to commit to a minimum internship period of 4 months or more - start date early August.
