Job Summary: The Marketing Executive at CLEF Skincare plays a vital role in building the brand's presence and driving awareness across digital and offline channels. This position supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that highlight CLEF's science-backed formulations and skin barrierfocused innovations. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to support new product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency across all channels.
- Coordinate and collaborate with design, e-commerce, and sales teams to produce impactful campaign content and materials.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media management, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and paid ads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in the creation of brand content including visuals, copywriting, and storytelling aligned with the company's image and tone of voice.
- Support event planning, product sampling, and offline marketing initiatives to drive brand exposure.
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to marketing operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media trends.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance reports.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics is a plus.
