Execute communication with target audiences and develop customer relationships. Actively participate in marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns, while providing support towards team members and departmental functions.
Provide support on marketing creative copies of various point-of-sales materials, to promote on Daihatsu Group of Companies product and service latest campaign offerings across all marketing platforms (but not limited to) visual merchandising, social media, website, print, showroom collaterals and videography.
During internship period, you will be exposed to these Marketing key areas:-
Corporate & Marketing Communication
- Preparation of communication tools i.e., external and internal memorandum, event guideline, dealer guideline and other related forms of notifications.
- Coordinate and distribution of communication tools to respective departments, branches, dealers and 3rd party partners.
- Monitoring of seasonal and fixed yearly sales and aftersales service campaigns across all marketing mix channels.
Social Media, Website & E-commerce Management
- Develop effective and engaging content ideas, social media strategies and monthly calendar to achieve desired marketing target.
- Day-to-day social media management inclusive of creating and publishing of contents on social media channels as well as page monitoring.
- Coordinates between web developers, google business and e-commerce support centre.
In-house Creative & Content Management
- Plan out effective and engaging content ideas, social media strategies and monthly calendar to achieve desired marketing target.
- Support in adaptation of visual solutions across various promotional materials while meeting each brands guideline
- Liaise with printing suppliers to ensure printing quality while meeting delivery deadline and sourcing of vendors for cost effective production to achieve optimal result.
- Managing several design projects of multiple deadlines and occasionally assist in department's related task as and when assigned
Videography & Photography
- Conduct video shooting and editing for company's social media content on event and any other day-to-day operations
- Produce short video for promotion across company's online platforms.
Corporate & Network Events
- Organizing and managing corporate events for The Daihatsu Group of Companies, branches and dealers activation, on-ground events and customer engagements.
- Coordinate between respective PIC / Department, ensuring all related event ground work are standardized and executed accordingly throughout event period.
- Sourcing of vendors & suppliers for production work followed by negotiation processes before proceeding with appointment as our official vendor / supplier for the job.
- Preparation and completion of post event reporting.
Network Corporate Image (CI) Compliance
- Perodua NOD and ensure all outlets / dealers are complying to CI requirement set by Principals.
- Monthly monitoring and managing of structural maintenance (if required) for branches / dealer outlets.
CSR / Partnership & Sponsorship Programs
- Key liaison person to external parties & 3rd party agencies for CSR / Partnership & Sponsorship program and events.
- Coordinate on planning, monitoring and organizing of CSR events to ensure the programs run according to the agreed partnership / sponsorship terms.
Marketing Materials Inventory
- Sourcing of material specification and suppliers.
- Manage quality check of the sample and do ordering.
- Manage inventory request from other department, management, branches or dealers.
- Check and update stock balance in hand.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Monitoring of customer queries and issues across digital platform website, social media and customer hotline.
- Manage customer retention and new business via execution of Email Marketing (EDM), SMS/WhatsApp Blast, Surveys and Database Management.
- Monitoring and coordination of Leads Management generated via social media and website.
Reporting & Analysis
- Competitors monitoring on advertisements, on-going campaigns, product launches and other related activities.
- Generate MAA statistical report, dealer and market insights on a monthly basis.
- Assist Head of Department in preparing department report on monthly, quarterly basis and when as requested.
