At Markaids, we believe food is more than just taste, it's emotion. 

But in B2B, that emotion is often lost in technical specs and corporate messaging. 

We want to change that. 

We bring food to life through content, visuals, and storytelling — making food innovation feel real, relatable, and engaging. 

 

Does this sound like you 

  • You enjoy creating — whether it's writing, designing, or shooting short videos. You find yourself noticing trends, saving content ideas, or thinking this could be better. 
  • You're not waiting for perfect instructions. You like trying things out, learning as you go, and improving along the way. 
  • You're also curious — about food, about brands, about why certain content works and others don't. 

If that sounds like you, here's what you'll be doing: 

  • Content Creation & Copywriting You'll create content across digital platforms, emails, and marketing materials — writing copy that aligns with the brand and actually connects with people. You'll also design visuals (static & motion) using tools like Canva and CapCut. 
  • Social Media Execution You'll support planning and managing social media, with a strong focus on short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style). You'll keep up with trends and platform changes to improve reach and engagement. 
  • Market Intelligence You'll research the market and track competitor activity — helping the team understand what's happening, where we can stand out, and uncover ideas that can inspire new product development. 
  • Event & Trade Show Support You'll be involved in planning and executing events — and sometimes be on the ground, representing the brand and engaging with customers and partners. 
  • Ad Hoc Projects Things may move fast — you'll support different tasks across the team as needed. 

 

This role might fit you if: 

  • You have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field 
  • You're comfortable writing and communicating in English. You enjoy creating video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style). You're familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar. You have a basic understanding of LinkedIn and TikTok. 
  • You're curious, proactive, and willing to learn. You have an interest in food, trends, and content creation. 

 

Who will support you 

  • You won't be doing this alone. 
  • You'll work closely with a team that will guide you on content direction, brand voice, and what makes something effective — not just what looks good. 
  • You'll also gain hands-on exposure to real marketing work — from content creation to events to market insights — with room to experiment and grow.
