DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create marketing content such as social media posts, videos, graphics and brochures.
- Assist in optimising website content for search engines (SEO).
- Plan social media posts to maintain a consistent and active online presence.
- Compile data, prepare reports and organise marketing files.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors or internal teams for marketing deliverables.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance of digital content and suggest improvement ideas.
- Take initiative to propose creative content and campaign ideas.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns or events.
- Perform ad hoc marketing tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Basic design and video editing skills.
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, self motivated and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Duration of internship: 3 to 6 months.
