Role Description The Marketing Intern (Video & Creative Content) will support FRWD's marketing and branding efforts by creating engaging video and visual content that showcases the brand's design philosophy and products. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in planning and producing short-form videos, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, and editing content for social media platforms and digital campaigns. The intern will help develop creative concepts, contribute to content calendars, and collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across channels. Additional tasks may include basic market research, gathering audience insights, and assisting in on-site activations or content shoots at the Experience Centre. This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur.

Role Description This is a full-time Creative Marketing Intern role based in Bangsar. The intern will assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing creative marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms. Daily tasks include creating and curating content for social channels, supporting branding initiatives, and helping monitor campaign performance and audience engagement. The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams, contribute ideas during strategy discussions, and help prepare presentations, reports, and campaign materials. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and competitor activities to inform new content and marketing approaches.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Marketing and Branding, with the ability to contribute to campaign and brand-building ideas.
• Knowledge of Social Media and Social Media Marketing, including familiarity with major platforms and basic content optimization practices.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and basic design or content creation skills (e.g., copywriting, simple visual editing) are beneficial.
• Comfort with digital tools and analytics dashboards; experience with social media management or design software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field) is preferred.
