Job Responsibility
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and support branding efforts to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
- Developing and implementing brand management strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand management decisions
- Managing and monitoring companys online presence, including social media accounts and company website
- Conducting research to identify opportunities for brand growth and development
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in the companys brand messaging and positioning
- Developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase brand visibility
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software)
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
- Ability to communicate, read and write in Mandarin, English, Malay
- Willing to work at Publika, KL
