We're looking for a Marketing Manager, to join our team and strengthen our marketing effort based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This Marketing Manager role will focus on building awareness and engagement amongst targeted employer audiences for Glints Talent Solutions Business and Products, to scale Glints to become the preferred platform and service of employers/companies in Singapore for talent recruitment and management in the Southeast Asia region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies and initiatives across various channels and formats, including but not limited to social media, blog, performance marketing, partnerships, and events.
  • Prioritize continuous improvement by monitoring competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies, and engaging with customers for feedback.
  • Acquire targeted number of inbound leads with high level of cost efficiency- Oversee and guide digital and performance marketing plans and campaigns to maximize ROI and drive lead acquisition in a cost-effective manner. Able to own and drive inbound acquisition pipeline.
  • Drive operational & campaign best practices & excellence across digital and performance marketing workstream.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify the most cost-effective user acquisition channels, continuously track, analyze and optimize marketing channels and tactics to improve lead acquisition costs.
  • Lead and manage inter-team collaborations anchored on driving positive business outcomes and customer experience - Drive cross-functional collaboration across various parts of the business, such as sales and business operations to align marketing efforts with the broader goals of the business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and funnel conversion

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other equivalent communication fields.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in marketing, with a proven track record of business growth enablement through growth and marketing
  • Candidate with solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including knowledge of market research, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as: HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media marketing tools, and email marketing platforms
  • Effective problem-solver with business acumen; able to think outside the box to devise new ideas and effective solutions to drive business performance
  • Strong collaborator; has the ability to lead and boost cross-functional and external collaboration for expected output
  • Strong execution skills; not only oversee initiatives but also get into the details & hands-on if needed
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have Competencies:

  • Prior experience in managing marketing enablement in the Singapore market
  • Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • An understanding of graphic design, copywriting, and other content marketing methods
