About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead both offline and online marketing initiatives for the company. This role will be responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies, managing brand visibility across physical and digital channels, planning and executing campaigns, overseeing budgets, and driving measurable business results. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG or food and beverage marketing, with the ability to manage brand-building, performance marketing, events, media planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Offline Marketing
- Develop and implement offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and execute offline campaigns across channels such as billboards, radio, TV, outdoor media, flyers, and point-of-sale materials
- Manage on-ground activations, roadshows, exhibitions, trade shows, and events
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, media agencies, event partners, and other external stakeholders
- Oversee brand visibility at physical locations, including stores, offices, signage, and POSM
- Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
- Track campaign effectiveness using metrics such as foot traffic, lead generation, and sales performance
- Manage offline marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support promotions and campaigns
Online Marketing
- Develop and manage online marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels, including social media, search, display, email, and paid media
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Oversee social media content planning and strengthen the company's online brand presence
- Optimize website traffic, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve marketing performance
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and other key marketing metrics
- Conduct A/B testing to improve creatives, targeting, and campaign effectiveness
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spending efficiently across channels
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and new tools
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and content creators to ensure effective execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing-related roles, with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media operations
- Proven experience in both offline and online/digital marketing
- Experience in retail or FMCG, especially food and beverage, is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms, social media accounts, or digital campaigns, with demonstrable and measurable results
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content strategies, and performance analysis
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience in media buying, media planning, and campaign budget allocation
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize strategies based on insights and performance data
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
- Strong vendor and agency management capabilities
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in the field and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred; additional language skills are an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or B2B/B2C hybrid environments
- Experience managing large-scale events, exhibitions, activations, or regional campaigns
- Familiarity with inventory, fulfillment, and operational coordination is an advantage
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese will have an added advantage.
