Job Description: Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in product marketing, performance marketing, content creation (including video production), and event management. A strong understanding of financial markets and the ability to create compelling content in both Chinese and English are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms, optimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the unique value propositions of our products.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive SEO and content marketing initiatives to enhance organic reach.
Content Creation & Video Production
- Create engaging and informative content, including written, graphic, and video materials, for various marketing channels.
- Plan, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, tutorials, and social media.
- Use video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Capcut) to deliver polished and professional video outputs.
- Stay updated with trends in video content and implement innovative ideas to capture audience interest.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align video content with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Product and Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with product and tech teams for successful launches.
- Create marketing materials that highlight product benefits and differentiators while educating users and partners through video content, webinars, and events.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, managing budgets and improving KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to refine targeting strategies and generate actionable insights.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events that align with marketing and product goals.
- Design and produce promotional materials and visuals for events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes and strong attendance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in content creation, including video production and editing, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Capcut.
- Strong understanding of product marketing and performance marketing strategies, with the ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks effectively, and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Interest or background in finance, investments, or trading is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in technology, fintech, or digital marketing industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in managing online communities or social media platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial services or financial products is advantageous.
