About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive measurable growth across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in performance marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging framework, and value propositions across markets.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints and communication channels.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning strategies.
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate, company website and partnership marketing.
- Drive performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and optimise accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to improve digital efficiency and ROI.
- Utilise CRM data to segment audiences and personalise communications
3. Content Marketing
- Oversee content strategy across digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, landing pages).
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with analyst and compliance officers to draft and approve content, as well as partnered with designers, copywriters and product teams to produce high-impact marketing materials.
- Support thought leadership and educational content initiatives where relevant.
4. Campaign and Events Management
- Plan, execute and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Plan and execute exclusive client events, Expo, webinars and industry conferences
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
- Ensure timely delivery within allocated budget.
5. PR & Communications
- Manage external communications including online financial related press releases, third party platform reviews, media engagement and public relations activities.
- Develop communication strategies for corporate announcements and brand initiatives.
- Handle crisis communication planning where necessary.
- Strengthen brand credibility and public perception in target markets.
6. Analysis, Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for management.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Oversee and evaluate agency performance and vendor deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 58 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, forex, trading or related industries.
- Deep understanding of financial promotions regimes
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record in campaign management and ROI-driven marketing.
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
