Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution
Plan and execute both regular and key marketing initiatives, including new product launches, festive campaigns, anniversary celebrations, new store openings, membership campaigns, and promotional activities. Develop campaign themes, mechanics, promotional strategies, execution plans, and comprehensive Marketing Plans based on business objectives, ensuring successful implementation.
2. Store Marketing and Sales Conversion
Develop marketing initiatives aligned with store operational needs, including vouchers, membership benefits, bundle deals, and other promotional mechanics. Drive store traffic, increase product sales, and improve membership conversion through effective marketing campaigns.
3. New Product Launch Marketing
Develop comprehensive Marketing Plans based on product features, key selling points, target consumers, and launch timelines. This includes product communication themes, launch campaigns, in-store promotions, online marketing, and related marketing collateral requirements. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure successful execution.
4. Marketing Campaign Development
Participate in major brand campaigns, anniversary celebrations, pop-up stores, offline activations, and consumer engagement events. Independently develop campaign proposals covering consumer insights, creative concepts, campaign mechanics, and on-site execution, and drive projects through to completion.
5. Integrated Online and Offline Marketing
Develop integrated online and offline promotional plans for different campaigns. Coordinate with social media, design, app, store operations, and food delivery platforms to ensure consistent campaign messaging, promotional mechanics, and communication timelines across all channels.
6. Cross-Functional Project Management
Manage marketing project timelines and execution. Work closely with design, social media, product, operations, store, IT, and supply chain teams to establish clear briefs, deliverables, deadlines, and launch schedules. Monitor project progress, coordinate resources, and address potential risks in a timely manner.
7. Market Trends and Consumer Insights
Stay updated on market trends across the bubble tea, F&B, and emerging consumer markets in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Analyse competitors marketing campaigns, consumer preferences, and trending promotional strategies to generate insights and recommendations for new product launches and marketing initiatives.
8. Marketing Performance Analysis and Post-Campaign Review
Track key performance indicators during campaigns, including sales performance, customer engagement, membership conversion, and voucher redemption rates. Evaluate campaign effectiveness, prepare post-campaign reviews, and continuously optimise future marketing strategies and promotional mechanics based on data insights.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing planning, or campaign management. Experience in bubble tea, coffee, F&B, retail, FMCG, or emerging consumer brands will be an advantage.
Strong marketing campaign planning capabilities, with the ability to independently develop end-to-end campaign proposals from scratch, including campaign themes, mechanics, promotional timelines, and execution plans.
Good understanding of promotional activities and in-store marketing, with the ability to design effective marketing initiatives that drive sales performance rather than focusing solely on brand awareness.
Hands-on experience in new product launches, new store openings, festive campaigns, pop-up events, and membership marketing will be an advantage.
Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership of timelines, execution details, and final deliverables.
Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design, social media, operations, product, store, and supply chain teams.
Good written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare English marketing content and handle day-to-day business communications.
Experience in the Singapore or Southeast Asian markets will be an advantage.
