Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, e-commerce, and live events.
- Design and implement sales funnels, marketing packages, backend setups, and communication flows to support customer journey and conversion goals.
- Content & Communication Strategy
- Develop and manage conversion-optimized email sequences and social media calendars tailored to diverse audience personas, platform best practices, and campaign objectives.
- Craft persuasive, brand-aligned copy across ads, landing pages, emails, social media, and websites, incorporating adaptable tones and storytelling angles that strengthen campaign narratives and overall brand messaging.
- Creative & Graphic Design Oversight
- Design visually compelling graphics and banners for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Team & Project Management
- Manage and coordinate a diverse team with varying responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of deliverable under tight deadlines.
- Oversee special ad hoc projects.
- Vendor & Partner Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, KOLs, and production teams to support campaign execution, product sourcing, and logistics.
- Ensure quality output and on-time delivery through proactive vendor and project management.
- Customer Engagement & Support
- Provide hands-on customer support via Telegram and Facebook Groups, ensuring prompt responses and issue resolution.
- Act as a key point of contact during physical events, offering flexible on-site support and collecting customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Event & Community Activation
- Ideate and execute creative engagement strategies to boost participation during physical and online events.
- Network with potential clients and key opinion leaders to expand brand presence and community influence.
- Operational Contingency Leadership
- Serve as a contingency lead during high-stakes, mission-critical campaigns, resolving cross-departmental issues in real time to ensure uninterrupted execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications and related field.
- At least 3-5 years experience in marketing.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Adaptable and enjoy working in past paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
