About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to drive growth and brand awareness for our legal tech solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy, building strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and industry stakeholders, and positioning our organisation as a leader in the legal technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine messaging and campaigns.
Campaign Management
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, social) to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals.
- Content & Thought Leadership
- Create compelling content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars) that highlights our expertise in legal tech.
- Position the organisation as a thought leader through industry events, speaking opportunities, and partnerships.
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns to increase visibility and inbound leads.
- Oversee website performance, analytics, and optimization for lead generation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal teams, and industry associations.
- Support client retention and upsell initiatives through targeted marketing programs.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry or professional services sector is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
