About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to drive growth and brand awareness for our legal tech solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy, building strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and industry stakeholders, and positioning our organisation as a leader in the legal technology space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine messaging and campaigns.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, social) to generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals.
  • Content & Thought Leadership
  • Create compelling content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars) that highlights our expertise in legal tech.
  • Position the organisation as a thought leader through industry events, speaking opportunities, and partnerships.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns to increase visibility and inbound leads.
  • Oversee website performance, analytics, and optimization for lead generation.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal teams, and industry associations.
  • Support client retention and upsell initiatives through targeted marketing programs.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry or professional services sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
