As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Malaysia and help drive our next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Harmovest Capital's brand and accelerating business growth by:
- Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Leading integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Expanding our brand presence across the Malaysian market.
- Driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.
- Overseeing social media, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and performance analytics.
- Managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign ROI.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business initiatives.
Requirements
- Based in Malaysia.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager within the Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, or Investment industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business growth.
- Knowledge of the Forex and CFD industry is highly preferred.
