Job Description

OUJI Seiyaku seeking a Marketing Manager to support our household brands like Dynamo, Fab, and Walch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson campaign ownership and thrives in a fastmoving FMCG environment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to grow brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Lead market research and use insights to guide campaigns and brand strategy.
  • Manage digital marketing, traditional advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Work closely with Sales and crossfunctional teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign results, track performance, and optimize future activities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with agencies and vendors.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG.
  • Mandarin proficiency (to coordinate with stakeholders in Mainland China).
  • Strong track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work well across teams.
