Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join PH World Property as a Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's properties and enhance brand visibility. Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, this is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events
• Overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and website content
• Analyzing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
• Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate lead generation and customer engagement activities
• Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials for each property project
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, and optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights

What we're looking for

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
• Familiarity with the property industry and the local market would be an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
