Key Responsibilities

Re-branding & Brand Positioning

  • Brand Transformation: Lead and execute comprehensive re-branding initiatives to strengthen Shen Jai Education Group's brand equity. Ensure the new brand identity resonates with the modern tertiary education landscape.
  • Consistent Messaging: Develop and maintain consistent messaging that highlights our unique value propositions, academic excellence, and graduate employability to our target demographic (Gen Z, parents, and working adults).

Strategic Planning & Student Acquisition

  • Drive Enrollment Growth: Formulate, execute, and monitor comprehensive, data-driven marketing and student recruitment strategies to meet and exceed intake targets.
  • Lead Generation & Data Management: Build and optimize robust lead-generation pipelines. Accurately capture, organize, and manage student prospect data using Excel and other internal tracking tools to monitor the student journey from initial inquiry to enrollment, improving conversion rates at every funnel stage.
  • Event & Outreach Strategy: Identify, conceptualize, and direct high-impact physical and virtual events, including education fairs, open days, school workshops, and roadshows.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral and integrated campaigns across traditional media, PR, and digital platforms (Social Media, Search, Display, Email).
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and demographic studies to identify emerging trends and new program opportunities within the higher education sector.

Leadership & Financial Optimization

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and inspire the Marketing & Branding team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Budget Management: Prepare, allocate, and monitor the department's annual budget. Track campaign performance and marketing ROI meticulously to ensure cost-effective spending and maximum market impact.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related discipline from a recognized institution (a Master's degree is an added advantage).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 23 years in a leadership or managerial role. Prior experience in the tertiary education or training sector is highly preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Re-branding Expertise: A proven track record of successfully planning, rolling out, and managing corporate or institutional re-branding campaigns.
  • Digital Savvy: Proven expertise in modern digital marketing tools, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Data Organization: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data management capabilities to organize leads, track conversions, and evaluate campaign metrics.
  • Strategic & Analytical: Strong capability to analyze market data, evaluate performance, and translate insights into actionable, high-ROI strategies.
  • Leadership & Execution: Exceptional team leadership skills with the ability to manage workloads, prioritize effectively, and produce high-quality output within tight timeframes.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including academics, external agencies, parents, and prospective students.
