Whether it's for brand activations, client gifting, employee appreciation, or event premiums, we help brands create lasting impressions through merchandise that tells a story.

We are currently looking for a person to come in and lead our B2C segment, to push and grow our 2 in-house brands and also manage our company's main web presence.

Role: Marketing Manager (Full-Time, On-Site Petaling Jaya)

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business goals and sales targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market feedback to inform planning

Campaign Management

  • Create and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, events, paid ads, etc.)
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Content & Branding

  • Oversee creation of marketing content including product brochures, website updates, social media posts, newsletters, decks, videos, and blog articles
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints
  • Develop promotional materials for seasonal gifting campaigns and client presentations

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Support the sales team with marketing materials, client proposals, and product visuals
  • Align marketing efforts with sales goals and assist in nurturing leads and client relationships
  • Organize and support participation in trade shows, client events, and activations

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources

Qualifications:

  • Strong planning, research & communication skills
  • 3-4 years experience in the marketing field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
