We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our South East Asia marketing efforts. You'll own the regional strategy, execute multi-channel campaigns, and work closely with global and local teams to drive brand growth and client acquisition.
This role suits someone who understands the nuances of SEA markets, is comfortable navigating regulatory environments, and knows how to balance local agility with global alignment.
How You'll Make an ImpactRegional Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute the SEA marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Drive brand growth, client acquisition, and engagement across the region.
- Plan and manage campaigns across social media, influencers, events, partnerships, PR, and sponsorships.
Campaign Localisation & Market Relevance
- Localise global campaigns for SEA markets including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore.
- Ensure messaging is culturally relevant, compliant, and effective.
- Stay close to market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the key regional link to global marketing teams.
- Brief and collaborate across design, paid media, social, and CRM teams.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Events to align initiatives.
Performance & Optimisation
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Optimise spend and channel mix based on performance data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Skills and Experiences:
Who We're Hoping to Find
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to SEA markets.
- At least 2 years in forex, CFDs, trading, or fintech marketing.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, events, PR, influencers).
- Experience working with region-specific platforms (e.g. LINE, Zalo, TikTok, Telegram).
- Proven ability to manage agencies and external partners effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global teams.
Extra Points if You Have
- Familiarity with financial promotion regulations across SEA.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze).
- Experience in global organisations balancing local and centralised strategies.
- Exposure to IB or affiliate marketing models within trading or fintech.
