Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to drive the success of our flagship event, the TCE Baby Expo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, visitor acquisition, merchant engagement, and revenue growth.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic brand management, data-driven campaign execution, and creative content leadership. Success will be evaluated based on visitor turnout, campaign ROI, lead generation, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign & Event Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ATL/BTL, social, and email) to drive massive visitor turnout for our expos.
  • Team Leadership & Content Oversight: Lead, coach, and manage a team of marketers and content creators. Oversee the content strategy across social media, blogs, email, and the website to ensure high-quality storytelling.
  • Audience Segmentation & CRM: Utilize data-driven insights to segment our parent database, tailoring marketing funnels specifically to different parenting stages (e.g., expectant parents vs. parents with toddlers).
  • SEO & Digital Growth: Oversee keyword research, SEO best practices, and performance marketing to improve organic reach, web traffic, and digital conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with merchant goals and overall expo business objectives.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze and report on campaign performance, digital metrics, and ROI, using data to optimize current and future marketing tactics.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Work closely with external media agencies, influencers, freelancers, and event partners to amplify expo reach.
  • Onsite Execution Support: Act as a key stakeholder during live expo events, overseeing real-time marketing activations, media engagement, and community management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Visitor Acquisition & Turnout: Total registrations and foot traffic driven to the expos.
  • Campaign ROI: Cost-efficiency and revenue generation of marketing spend.
  • Lead Generation: Quality leads generated for expo partners and merchants.
  • Digital Engagement & Growth: Social media engagement, audience growth, and community sentiment.
  • Organic Traffic & SEO Performance: Web traffic growth and search engine rankings.
  • Conversion Rates: Effectiveness of landing pages, registration forms, and email funnels.
  • Team Performance & Delivery: Consistency, quality, and timelines of team outputs.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing (experience in Events, Exhibition, Retail, or FMCG is highly preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and copywriting/editing oversight skills.
  • A creative storyteller who understands how to connect emotionally with parents.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
