About the role

This role is responsible for developing impactful marketing campaigns, creating effective sales enablement toolkits/materials, strengthening brand presence, and driving campaign ROI and business growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, outspoken, commercially minded, and capable of leading cross-functional teams while collaborating closely with Sales, Dealers, Ecommerce, and Business stakeholders.

Job Description

Sales Enablement & Channel Support

Lead the development of sales enablement materials and marketing toolkits for various sales channels:

  • Dealers & distributors
  • Retail/offline sales
  • Ecommerce platforms
  • Corporate & partnership channels

Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with sales objectives and brand positioning.

Develop and manage:

  • Product brochures
  • Sales decks
  • Campaign toolkits
  • POSM materials
  • Product launch kits
  • Training materials
  • Promotional assets
  • Digital marketing collaterals

Work closely with Sales, Ecommerce, Trade Marketing, and Product teams to understand market needs & support business growth initiatives.

Support product launches and campaigns with effective communication materials and go-to-market execution.

Branding & Communications

  • Drive consistent brand messaging and positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and brand perception.
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity, communication tone, and marketing standards.
  • Act as one of the company's marketing spokespersons for internal presentations, partner/media engagement, event hosting, or public-facing activities when required
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, external agencies, media, influencers, and business partners when required.

Marketing Content & Creative Leadership

Lead and manage the marketing and content team to ensure timely execution of campaigns and materials.

Oversee content planning and development including:

  • Social media content
  • Marketing campaigns and toolkits
  • Product storytelling
  • Educational and promotional content

Provide clear direction to designers, content creators, videographers, and external agencies.

Ensure marketing outputs are commercially effective and aligned with business objectives.

Campaign & Project Management

  • Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across different sales channels.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Monitor effectiveness of marketing initiatives, provide post-campaign reports and actionable recommendations, continuously improve communication impact.
  • Ensure proper prioritization of marketing requests from different business units and sales channels.

Market & Competitor Insights

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
  • Identify growth opportunities and marketing innovations
  • Recommend new campaign ideas and channel activation strategies

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and mentor marketing and content team members

Work closely with:

  • Dealer network → ensure material support, drive campaign adoption and execution
  • Offline Sale/ Ecommerce → align product focus, promotions, and content ensure materials support on ground & digital selling
  • Product /Branding team → align content and positioning
  • Operations → campaign execution
  • Creative & content teams → ensure the development of sales-enablement marketing toolkits

Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives

Foster a high-performance, proactive, and collaborative team culture

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or sales enablement roles.
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role with prior experience managing marketing/content/creative teams.
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer products, health & wellness, or ecommerce industries is an advantage
  • Strong campaign planning and execution capability
  • Strong branding and storytelling sense
  • Commercially driven with strong ROI mindset
  • Experience supporting multi-channel businesses (dealer/ecommerce/retail)
