Responsibilities
Strategic Localization & Alignment
- Communicate closely with Xiaomi HQ and regional team.
- Translate global strategies into Malaysian marketing plans.
- Define the local marketing roadmap for assigned product lines, ensuring all activities align with business goals set by the GTM/Sales departments.
Lifecycle Project Management
- Control the entire marketing lifecycle for new product launchesfrom warm-up, launch, first Sale, to sustaining phases.
- Oversee the budget allocation and timeline management for your product lines. Ensure all core deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify potential risks in the campaign timeline and develop contingency plans.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Collaborate tightly with functional experts (PR, KOL, Media Buy, Social Media, Design, Ecommerce, etc.). Directing the integrated schedule to ensure one consistent voice across all channels.
- Lead external agencies to ensure high-quality output that matches the campaign strategy.
Performance & Insight
- Monitor campaign progress using various metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive reviews after every launch.
- Assess market trends, brand health, and competitor movements to adjust strategies dynamically.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, 3+ years of integrated marketing experience.
- Industry Background: Experience in Smartphone, Consumer Electronics is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in Project Management or managing complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns is a priority.
